Abstract:

To enhance the burning quality of burned products in a graphite heater furnace by providing in multiple stages a plurality of graphite heating elements horizontally provided with heater bars within a heating space portion of a furnace body and by causing a high temperature distribution be formed uniformly on the burned product.

A graphite heater furnace 2 includes a graphite heating element 12 that is disposed horizontally in multiple stages in a heating space portion 10 formed inside a furnace body 6. A plurality of heater bars 50 are disposed horizontally at intervals in a state where they are hung between a first heater bar supporting member 20A and a second heater bar supporting member 20B of the graphite heating element 12.
