Abstract:
To provide a high thermal conductive heat dissipation substrate which can use a substrate for electronics, and is flexible, smooth and light weight.SOLUTION: There is provided a graphite sheet having thickness of 20 μm to 50 μm, arithmetic surface roughness of 2.0 μm or less, thermal conductivity in a surface direction of 1500 W/mK to 1800 W/mK, and density of 1.8 g/cmto 2.26 g/cm. The graphite is not broken in a flexural test using a mandrel with diameter of 10 mm.SELECTED DRAWING: None
