Title:
GRASPER FOR CRIMP TOOL
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH071356
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To secure a grasper for a crimp tool, freely coping with various crimp tools in a single device body, by expanding a space between two levers with the depression of a pedal and simultaneously making two dies interlock with each other.

CONSTITUTION: When a worker depresses a pedal 44 in a B direction, this pedal 44 rotates clockwise around a pin 43 as the center, whereby tractive force of a wire 47 is transmitted to a first lever 25 via a pipe 39, therefore the first lever 25 rotates clockwise around a pin 27 as the center, and the first lever 25 and a second lever 26 are gradually going to close. In addition, the second lever 26 is left contacted with a stopper 38 intact, so this force point side goes downward against a tension spring 19, while a movable plate 15 jogs slightly in the radial direction around a shaft 14 as the center. Furthermore, an interval between both these first and second levers 25 and 26 is expanded, and a first die 29 turns round clockwise around a screw 21 as the center, while a second die 30 rotates around a pin 31 as the center, so that both these dies 29 and 30 are engaged with each other.
