To provide a grass collector having such a mechanism that caught grass is favorably sidedly gathered in association with the swing reaping operation of shaking a mower left and right, particularly enabling such grass to be put together rightward, which has been difficult to conduct, through utilizing the construction furnished with the mower, thus enabling grass to be sided both leftward and rightward and mowing efficiency to be doubled.

The grass collector B for a mower A is such as to be fitted above the mowing blade 1 of the mower A and function to side grass in association with the left and right swing of the mower A by catching grass cut by a rotating mowing blade 1. Under the mower A in actuation, this collector B is furnished with the grass collector body 2, at a front-half part, seen from the top, of the disc-shaped mowing blade 1, arranged at such a position as to nearly divide the front-half part in two left and right, wherein a left grass collecting piece 3 and a right grass collecting piece 4 are provided in a nearly V-shapedly branched manner on the front end of the grass collector body 2.
