Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide grass pulling scissors that can completely pull out the weed growing in the hard soil and lawn garden by a small labor without soiling hands.SOLUTION: Grass pulling scissors comprise a pinching part 1 widely forming a pinching surface and a gripper 7, and have a structure to be opened and closed by using a turning shaft 6 as a base point. The tips of both pinching parts 1 are attached in a closed state to form a gap 3 toward the direction of a turning shaft 6, and grooves 2 are provided in the inside of the pinching part 1. In the gripper 7 of the scissors member A, a contact surface 5 formed more thinly than the gripper 7 is provided on the periphery of the turning shaft 6, and the other scissors member A comes into contact in pairs in that surface. In that case, a stopper 4 is formed in which an opening angle of the pinching part 1 is made constant. The grooves 2 have a shape spreading out toward the pinching surface, and are vertically formed from the tip side of the pinching part 1 toward the side of the turning shaft 6 and are continuously constituted in the pinching surface except the tip part forming an acute angle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
