Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable easily lifting and safely moving a large-sized grating laterally with no lifting equipment without making a person hook the fingers or lift in an instable posture.SOLUTION: A grating lifting-moving device includes: a hook with a structure of bringing to the outside of a grating, a point of action of force when fastening and lifting by using a crossbar of the grating; and two wheels of a width wider by two times than an interval of the crossbars of the grating. A pin coupling part of the lifting part of the hook and a truck, and a support part of the lifting part are projected to the width of the wheel and the inside of two axles so as to move the truck stably on the grating without turning over when lifting and moving the grating. There is jointly used a horizontal deviation preventing device having a structure that a stop plate longer than a height of lifting is fastened to a bearing bar of the grating by a single operation by pushing down a lever with a cam, aiming at preventing the truck from falling to an opening.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
