PURPOSE: To aim at improvements in selective efficiency ever so better, by constituting a device in a way of installing a selector body and making left and right selection performable, in case of the gravimetric selector that tilts a cup with down motion of a vertical motion frame installed in between the cup and a chain.

CONSTITUTION: Placing fruit on a cup 23, when a selector body 18 is pushed to the desired direction, for example, to the left in advance, a cup pin 25 at the left of the cup 23 is fitted in an innermost part of an L-shaped engaging groove 19 whereby another cup pin 25 at the right is fitted in a top open part of the engaging groove 19. Therefore, making a chain 1 advance forward, the cup 23 comes into contact with a horizontal projection 7 of an arm 4 by down motion of a vertical motion frame 13 with the down motion of a sliding pin 14 and is lifted up, then tilted to the left. When the selector body 18 is turned to the right, the cup is tilted to the right. With this constitution, the cup is tiltable to either side, thus efficiency improvement is well promoted.
