Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a gravity compensator which compensates the gravity of a targeted object without need for additional large-scaled equipment.
CONSTITUTION: This gravity compensator 100 is provided with a supporting part 101 which supports a part of manipulator 111, a lifter 117 which lifts the supporting part 101, a traveling device 118 where the supporting part 101 and the lifter 117 are installed and travels on a datum surface 115, and a controller 104 which controls the traveling motion of the traveling device 118 so that the supporting part 101 may follow the revolute joint 112a of the manipulator 111.
