PURPOSE: To improve workability and to shorten the cycle time by constituting a body frame tiltable and one of upper and lower die plates tiltable around the same horizontal axis as the horizontal axis of the body frame.

CONSTITUTION: The upper or lower die plate 40U or 40L fixed with upper and lower dies 20U, 30L is moved by a die clamping means. The body frame 54 is constituted tiltable around the horizontal axis relative to a base 50. The body frame 54 is tilted by a body frame tilting means. At least either of the upper and lower die plates 40U, 40L are tilted around the same horizontal axis 52 as the horizontal axis of the body frame 54 by a mold tilting means. As a result, the product take out from below is possible and the workability is improved.
