Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gravure offset printing method which can appropriately inhibit the occurrence of defective printing.SOLUTION: In this gravure offset printing method, a doctor blade 5 is inclined at a prescribed angle of inclination θ1 to a second fine line part 23. Thereby, when a printing paste P is filled into a recess part 21 (the second fine line part 23) by using the doctor blade 5, the elastically deformed tip of the doctor blade 5 can be inhibited from being excessively depressed into the recess part 21, so that the printing paste P in the recess part 21 can be inhibited from being excessively scraped off by the doctor blade 5. As a result, the transfer of the printing paste P from the recess part 21 to a blanket 6 can be appropriately performed in a subsequent process, and the occurrence of defective printing can be appropriately inhibited.
