Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gravure printing method for adding a perforation with a perforation adding member by matching a film printed in a pre-stage with a continuous printed pattern between a perforation adding member with perforation arranged and a nip pressure body with a self adhesive layer arranged on an outer periphery by using a printing unit in a post-stage on which gravure printing is conducted with a gravure printer, the perforation adding member and the nip pressure body, which can be used for the method, and a packaging material using a film to which the perforation is added by the method.SOLUTION: By using a perforation adding member with a perforation blade arranged and a nip pressure body with a self adhesive layer arranged, a perforation process matched with a gravure printed article is made possible in an in-line process by devising height of the perforation blade and a structure of the self adhesive layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 15
