Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a low radiation glass good in appearance quality and having a gray permeation color tone.SOLUTION: Provided is a low radiation glass in which a gray color tone low radiation film is formed on the surface of a glass plate, in which the radiation film has: the first dielectric layer; the first Ag layer; the first barrier layer; the second dielectric layer; the second Ag layer; the second barrier layer; and the third dielectric layer, in which the first barrier layer being one layer selected from the group consisting of oxidized ZnAl, Ti, NiCr, Nb and stainless steel, the second dielectric layer has an oxide dielectric, and the second barrier layer is one layer selected from the group consisting of Ti not subjected to oxidation or nitriding, NiCr, Nb and stainless steel.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
