This grease composition for a ball type uniform joint comprises a base oil of a lubricating oil and (A) 2-30 mass % based on the whole amount of the composition of a urea-based thickener, (B) 0.1-20 mass % of a sulfur-based extreme-pressure agent, (C) 0.05-10 mass % of over based metal sulfonate having 100-500 mgKOH/g total base number, (D) 0.1-10 mass % of metal dithiocarbamate and (E) 0.5-10 mass % of boron nitride having 1-10 μm average particle diameter.
