In a grease interceptor which includes: a grease interceptor body having a garbage removal chamber for removing residues from wastewater flowing in from a wastewater inflow part, an oil-water separation chamber, and a water seal chamber; a trap provided in the water seal chamber and disposed so as to communicate with a downstream wastewater discharge port; and a lid for covering the grease interceptor body, an exhaust passage is provided which communicates a space between the lid and the grease interceptor body to the inside of the trap, and an exhaust fan is provided in the middle of the exhaust passage to forcibly suck air in the grease interceptor and discharge it to the wastewater discharge port.
