Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further restrain leakage of grease from a grease nipple.SOLUTION: A grease nipple 10 comprises a grease nipple body 20 and a lid member 30. A seal member 40 is arranged between the grease nipple body and the lid member. Both the grease nipple body and the lid member are made of metal. A second male thread part 27 is formed in the grease nipple body, and a second female thread part 36 screwed on the second male thread part is formed in the lid member. An opening side end surface 34 of the lid member is in direct contact with the grease nipple body (or in contact with another metal member 152, and the other metal member is in contact with the grease nipple body.)SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
