Abstract:
A grease quantification device, comprising a grease injection mechanism and a quantitative adjustment mechanism. The grease injection mechanism comprises a cavity body (11), a piston assembly slidably disposed inside the cavity body (11), a hydraulic electric control valve (12) connected to the cavity body (11), and a cavity end cover (13) fixed to the front end of the cavity body (11). A piston (14) divides the interior of the cavity body (11) into a first cavity (111) and a second cavity (112). The cavity end cover (13) is provided with a grease inlet (131) and a grease outlet (132). The quantitative adjustment mechanism comprises a support (21), a drive mechanism (22) fixed on the support (21), a screw rod (23) in transmission connection with the drive mechanism (22), a fixed sleeve (24) in threaded connection with the screw rod (23), and a plunger chuck (25) slidably arranged inside the fixed sleeve (24). The fixed sleeve (24) is fixedly connected to the rear end of the cavity body (11). The front end of the plunger chuck (25) is connected to a piston rod (15), and the rear end of the plunger chuck (25) abuts against the screw rod (23).
