Title:
GREASE-SEALED BEARING FOR MOTOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2016133144
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grease-sealed bearing for a motor which is excellent in high-temperature durability and quietness, and lowers rotation torque while effectively preventing exfoliation on a bearing rolling face caused by hydrogen brittleness.SOLUTION: A grease-sealed bearing 1 for a motor supports a rotating shaft 11 of a rotor 13 of the motor, a grease compound containing base oil, a thickener, and alkanol amine is sealed into a periphery of rolling bodies, the base oil is contained at 50 mass% or higher with respect to the base oil as a whole with ester oil as an essential component, the dynamic viscosity of the base oil at 40°C is 30 to 70 mm/s, the thickener is an aliphatic diurea compound, and the alkanol amine is contained at 0.1 to 10 pts.wt. with respect to 100 pts.wt. of a total amount of the base oil and the thickener.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
