Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a powder forming mold with its plural punches capable of being actuated with different strokes.
CONSTITUTION: A stationary punch 37 and first and second movable punches 40 and 41 are arranged on the concentric circle of a die set 36, the stationary punch 37 is fixed to the lower surface of the die set 36, the movable punches 40 and 41 are liftably held by the die set 36, the movable punch 40 is lifted up and down by a cylinder 42 formed in the die set 36, an ascending pressure is always exerted on the movable punch 41 arranged within the punch 40 by a second cylinder 45 formed in the movable punch 40 to detain the punch 41 by the punch 40 and stopped at the intermediate stroke, and clearances (d) and (e) with the interval narrowed in order toward the inside are provided between the upper end of the punches 40 and 41 and the die set 36.
