An unit is composed of a powder supplying device 6 and a filling device 7 and it is arranged on a 1st stage S1, an unit is composed of a powder orientation device 8 and a compacting press 9 and it is arranged on a 2nd stage S2, an unit is composed of a sweeping device 10 and a compact take-out device 11 and it is arranged on a 3rd stage S3. Die carrying devices 12 to move a die M assembled-in with a rubber mold are provided on the 1st to 3rd stages S1, S2, S3, and the 3rd stage S3 is provided with a transferring body 13 to send the compact to the next process. In this case, the dies M are arranged like radiation on every 1st to 3rd stages S1, S2, S3, these are provided on a rotary table 35, filling of the powder, compacting and taking out are executed parallel and the efficiency is improved.
