Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a glass-ceramic substrate having high dimensional precision while simplifying a process for removing refractory powder.
CONSTITUTION: Glass-ceramic powder having 600-800°C softening point is impregnated into fibrous ceramic powder formed in a sheet shape to obtain the objective green sheet for a glass-ceramic substrate. A circuit is formed on the green sheet by printing with silver paste and the sheet is laminated and fired at 800-950°C to obtain the objective glass-ceramic substrate.
