Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a green sheet useful for nursery bed, flower vase, food container, etc., having hardness suitability, water resistance suitability, safety to human body and environmental adaptability, by forming a sheetlike substance comprising mixed powder of specific substances, pulp and a binder.
CONSTITUTION: This green sheet is obtained by making (A) mixed powder composed of maize, soybeans, algae, etc., (B) pulp and (C) a binder into a sheetlike substance. The blending ratio of konjak, the green sheet is preferably 13-23 of konjak, 10-20 of maize, 10-20 of soybeans, 1-10 of algae and 50 of the component B by weight. The green sheet, for example, is obtained by blending the component A with approximately the same amount of the component B and a proper amount of water, forming into a sheetlike thin plate having ≥0.01mm thickness, placing the sheetlike thin plate on a net, spraying 10% of the component C upon the thin plate on the net and drying under heating for several hours.
