To obtain a green tea-containing pizza useful for health and preservable for a long period by utilizing medicinally effective ingredients of the green tea.
This green tea-containing pizza is obtained by mutually mixing strong flour with soft flour, powdered green tea, a yeast fungus and water, preparing a dough for the pizza, extending the dough for the pizza into the form of a flat plate, topping the top surface of the extended dough with a cheese, further topping green tea leaves from the upper part thereof and baking the resultant dough. The dough for the pizza is especially prepared by mutually mixing 40-60 wt.% of the strong flour with 5-25 wt.% of the soft flour, 0.5-5.0 wt.% of the powdered green tea, 0.5-2.0 wt.% of a dry yeast, 25-45 wt.% of water and 0.3-3 wt.% of salt.
