Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an internal combustion engine and power generating facility capable of reducing emission of greenhouse effect gas "CO" to deal with global warming.SOLUTION: There are provided an extraction path MS in which water and carbon are reacted with exhaust gas of an internal combustion engine and mixture gas of hydrogen and carbon monoxide is extracted and a gas storage tank MT for storing mixture gas of extracted hydrogen and carbon monoxide. Extracted mixture gas of hydrogen and carbon monoxide is stored or applied as fuel for an internal combustion engine through the gas storage tank MT, the extraction path MS is installed on a transporting device and applied as fuel for an internal combustion engine installed on the transporting device, carbon dioxide of exhaust emission is also changed into mixture gas of hydrogen and carbon monoxide, synthesis gas of extracted hydrogen and carbon monoxide is modified into hydrogen and carbon dioxide at a synthesis gas modification path S3 and hydrogen is applied as fuel for the internal combustion engine and carbon dioxide is modified into synthesis gas and applied as starting material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
