A server 103 extracts a greening panel 109 as the object of maintenance from among pieces of greening panel maintenance history information, according to THE extraction conditions (S801) and transmits the panel ID of the extracted greening panel 109 to a portable terminal 105 (S803). The portable terminal 105 displays the panel ID as the object of maintenance (S805), and a worker performs a maintenance operation, in accordance with the panel ID and inputs the panel ID, after the end of the work (S807), and transmits the panel ID (S809). The server 103 retrieves the greening panel maintenance history information, by using the received panel ID as a key and overwrites the maintenance date on the maintenance history information of the greening panel and updates the date (S811).
