To provide a greening and reinforcing method for a slope face capable of providing a greening base suitable for growing plants and stabilizing the slope face as compared with conventional methods in which the base is formed by reinforcement of cement or resin by making use of a mortar spraying machine.

In the greening and reinforcing method, a pavement material including an asphalt emulsion, a vegetation material, water are mixed together to make a slurry (A). Further, a polymer coagulant aqueous solusion (B) is mixed with the slurry, and then, it is sprayed on an execution face while agitating it.
