Abstract:
PURPOSE: To cut collecting of meat juice, and burning and sticking of meat to the grid by decreasing cubic crossing parts and uneveness through precision casting of the grid for cooking as united.
CONSTITUTION: The crossing parts of the grid for cooking are cast as one body, especially by precise casting. The effect of manufacturing by precise casting, especially lost wax process is, firstly, the crossing parts of each component grid don't become cubic, and meat juice does'nt collect. And secondly, the grid having the shape and heat capacity suitable for the food to be cooked. For example, the grid having a periphery 1 with a 270mm outside diameter, an opening 2 of 10mm square, the component grid 3 with a 3mm diameter is manufactured by lost wax casting using heat-resistant steel SCH13. By using this grid, foods are grilled smoothly without burning and sticking.
