To provide a grid for heat exchanger, which is eliminated in the corrosion of respective parts due to welding connection, increased in a resistance to metal fatigue due to vibration, securing the durability of the grid and capable of being employed for any control facility.
The grid for interrupting solid elements circulated in a heat exchanger to clean the same comprises a frame (33) and a grid member (36) incorporated into and formed on the frame (33) while the frame (33) is constituted of parallel metallic chevrons (34) arrayed with a regular pitch and a joint connecting shaft (31) penetrating through horizontally intersecting members (35) and the chevrons while being welded to the chevrons. The grid member is square substantially and is connected to two sheets of plates (34) so as to be extended between the plates (34). The control facility for the solid cleaning elements includes such a grid.
