Abstract:
To provide a system stabilization device capable of maintaining a frequency after separation of a generator within a target frequency.SOLUTION: A system stabilization device comprises a frequency prediction section, which predicts a system frequency, and a control amount setting section which sets a load control amount to be separated from a power system. The frequency prediction section predicts a system frequency after separation of a first generator from the power system based on equations of motion of a plurality of generators, a first expression representing transient characteristics of a governor included in the plurality of generators, a second expression for calculating a total value of mechanical inputs to the generators in a case where the first generator is separated from the power system, a third expression for calculating total inertia constants of the generators, and a fourth expression for calculating a load amount total value of loads after the first generator is separated from the power system. The control amount setting section sets the load control amount in such a manner that a minimum value of the system frequency after the separation of the first generator is settled within a target range.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
