To solve the following problem: there has been expectation for a frying pan which allows a general home to cook a grilled chicken etc. by grilling using a gas cooking stove, like barbecue using a grill, while suppressing smoke as much as possible, and allows the general home to enjoy the grilling using only the gas cooking stove without using the grill, like the barbecue readily using the grill; however cooking by a frying pan is limited to cooking by means of only heating by the frying pan, and a cooking method is expected by which a foodstuff is directly flamed to be cooked while broth from the foodstuff is received so as not to come in contact with flame while smoke is suppressed as much as possible.

Holes for passing flame are bored in the frying pan so as not to fall broth of foodstuff down to the flame as much as possible and so as to hardly generate smoke. The way of boring holes is devised so as to spread fire all over the foodstuff.
