Abstract:

PURPOSE: To carry out cutting or notching work efficiently and safely even in work to a thick work, work to notch the work or the like even when an error exists more or less since a rotary surface of a grinding wheel and the cutting direction do not coincide with each other or even when the work is very hard.

CONSTITUTION: In a grinder work robot control method, a grinder 11 is pressed in the X direction against a work 20 by constant force, and the grinder 11 is reciprocated plural times in the Y direction along a work area Ya, and cutting or notching work is carried out.
