PURPOSE: To obtain a grinder which has adequate strength and flexibility, and can be applied for the inner surface finish, deburring and the like, of a cylindrical body, by laminating plural disk sheets formed by mixing a synthetic resin and grinding abrasive grains as a standard formation, so as to compose a grinder.

CONSTITUTION: A grinder 1 is made by forming a sheet member 2 by mixing grinding abrasive grains to a synthetic resin, and after the sheet member 2 is processed into a disk form, laminating plural disk form sheet members 21. Through-holes 22 are formed at the centers of the disk form sheet members 21, and after plural disk form sheet members 21 are laminated to communicate the holes 22 each other, a locking member 3 is inserted to the holes 22 so as to lock the sheet members 21 integrally. Furthermore, while the locking member 3 is formed of a male screw 31 and a female screw 32 to engage each other, the female screw 32 is fixed to the tip of a holding member 4. Consequently, a grinder which has adequate strength and flexibility, and can be applied for the inner surface finish, deburring and the like, of a cylindrical body, can be obtained.
