PURPOSE: To compose a grinding device and the like by only installing holding metals to a sliding mechanism and the like, by bending a sheet member and wire members placing a core member respectively, holding the bending parts together with the core members in holding metals respectively, and at the same time, providing the holding metals in parallel.

CONSTITUTION: A grinder 1 is composed of plural grinding members 1A and IB. In this case, one side grinding member 1A is formed by bending a sheet member 2 formed by mixing a synthetic resin and grinding abrasive grains placing a core member 4, and holding the bending part together with the core member 4 inside a holding metal 5. The other side grinding member 1B is formed by arranging plural wire members 3 crossing square to the longitudinal direction, bending them placing a core member 6, and holding the bending part together with the core member 6 inside a holding metal 7. A grinder 1 is composed by providing the holding metals 5 and 7 in parallel. Consequently, a grinding device or a grinding tool can be obtained by only installing the holding metals 5 and 7 to a sliding mechanism or a rotating mechanism.
