PURPOSE: To improve work efficiency by improving contact condition of abrasive body against the treated surface so that an elastic roller may be radially expanded out to be pressedly connected with a drum abrasive body in the grinder to perform a grinding and polishing process of surface of vehicles, etc.

CONSTITUTION: A drum abrasive body 5 is fixed to an elastic roller 2 to be connected integrally and fixedly involving the fixed part 1 with a nut 6 through holders 9, 10 by inserting a shank 4 in the inserting part 3 of the elastic roller 2. After that, the connecting part 1 for the elastic roller 2 is joined with rotating axis B of electric toll A to be driven rotatingly, and for example, the drum abrasive body 5 is used for separating abrasive work keeping its surface contact with the coated surface, whereby renewal of the abrasive body 5 is enabled to be made easily and speedily.
