Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve processing accuracy by restraining a positional deviation of an adsorption surface of a chuck without rearranging a shoe.SOLUTION: By a shoe movable mechanism 10, a position of a front shoe 7 and a rear shoe 8 is constituted so as to switch to a first position for making the center line of a workpiece eccentric to the rotational center line X of a main spindle so that pressing force to the front shoe and the rear shoe is made to act on the workpiece when grinding an outer peripheral surface of the workpiece W and a second position for making the center line of the workpiece eccentric to the rotational center line of the main spindle so that pressing force to the front shoe and the rear shoe is made to act on the workpiece when grinding an inner peripheral surface of the workpiece, and can be finely adjusted by the shoe movable mechanism by adjusting these first position and second position to a notch quantity of an outer peripheral surface grinding wheel 11 or an inner peripheral surface grinding wheel.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1A
