Abstract:
To provide a grinding device that can suppress vibration with a simple structure utilizing a static pressure support structure.SOLUTION: A grinding device 1 has a static pressure support structure in which a plurality of static pressure pockets 42p are arranged on a horizontal sliding surface 42h and fluid is supplied to the static pressure pockets 42p from a pump 50 to slidably support a grindstone base 42; and comprises a floating sensor 35 and a grindstone shaft sensor 36 which measure vibration amounts in a vertical direction of a grindstone 43, an electromagnetic variable throttle valve 60 that can vary flow rates of the fluid to be supplied to the static pressure pockets 42b from the pump 50; and a control part 30 that controls the electromagnetic variable throttle valve 60 so that the flow rates of the fluid to be supplied to the static pressure pockets 42p are adjusted, in order to reduce vibration amounts in a vertical direction of the grindstone 43 measured by the floating sensor 35 and the grindstone shaft sensor 36.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
