Abstract:
To allow a grinding height of a grinding head to be accurately and quickly changed.SOLUTION: A lifting and lowering mechanism part 12 which lifts/lowers a grinding head 17 of a grinding material jetting type tunnel grinding device 10 comprises a first lifting and lowering mechanism part 12a and a second lifting and lowering mechanism part 12b which are arranged side by side. The first lifting and lowering mechanism part 12a comprises an air cylinder 12ac. The second lifting and lowering mechanism part 12b comprises a ball screw 12bn. A nut 12bn2 of the second lifting and lowering mechanism part 12b is mechanically connected to the air cylinder 12ac through a support part 12bn3 and the air cylinder 12ac is lifted or lowered when the nut 12bn2 is lifted or lowered. When the second lifting and lowering mechanism part 12b extends in the grinding, the first lifting and lowering mechanism part 12a contracts by the extension amount. Then the compressed air is supplied to the first lifting and lowering mechanism part 12a when the grinding head 17 is moved in the lateral direction, the grinding head 17 is lifted in a short time to the next grinding height.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
