Abstract:
To provide a grinding device in which work efficiency can be improved.
A grinding device is provided with a carrier 1 provided with opening hole parts 2, a mounting means 10 for mounting piezoelectric elements 11 to the opening hole parts 2 of the carrier 1, grinding wheels 14, 15 provided on the upper and lower parts of the carrier 1, and a frequency measuring means 17 for measuring the resonance frequency of the piezoelectric element 11 provided on the downstream side of the carrier 1. The grinding wheel 14 is rotatably supported by a magnetic bearing 16, and a controller for data- processing the output of the frequency measuring means 17 is connected to a driving means of the magnetic bearing 16.
