Abstract:
To solve problems associated with grinding materials using a resin as a base material, including poor working circumstances due to the resin type of the base material from the standpoint of measures against dust, much time required for after-treatment of the base material and problems of environmental protection.
The material is manufactured exclusively from inorganic materials, without use of resins as a base material, by sieving natural crystalline limestone to a content of CaCO3 of at least 99% and grain sizes of 45-2,360 microns through exploiting, dressing, water washing, drying, coarse crushing, grinding, granulating and sieving processes. The manufacturing method is also provided.
