Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily enable changing and managing of grinding material within a grinder by providing each one of shielding plates at a lower end part of a cartridge part to cut communication with a grinding material feeding port and at an upper end part of an external case to cut communication with a grinding material discharge port.
SOLUTION: To change a grinding material, firstly, the supply of medals from a lower tank 7 is stopped, a shielding plate 25 is inserted at a lower end part of a cartridge part 20 mounted on an external case 21 to cut communication with a grinding material feeding port of a hoisting grinder 10. Then, a shielding plate 26 is inserted at an upper end of the external case 21 to cut communication with a grinding material discharge port of a separating device. Thereafter, the cartridge part 20 is removed from the external case 21 and instead, another cartridge part 20' filled with the grinding material washed is mounted. Then, the shielding plate 25 of the new cartridge part 20' is pulled out to supply the washed grinding material to the grinding material feeding port and the shielding plate 26 of the external case 21 is pulled out to supply the used grinding material to the cartridge part 20'. Then, the supply of medals from a lower tank part is started.
