Abstract:
To provide a grinding member, a method for manufacturing the same, and a grinding method, wherein a grinding pad of a suitable pattern is installed on an elastic substrate without requiring much manpower.
In this grinding member 1, a flocked layer 5 of a fiber 4 is installed on an elastic substrate 2 through an adhesive layer 3 in between them. The layer 3 is patterned on the substrate 2, a field flow static flocking device 100 is used for flocking, and the member 1 is used for grinding a concave lens surface or the like.
