Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grinding method and a grinding device capable of positioning a ground part of a workpiece to a grinding wheel with high accuracy.
SOLUTION: A positioning member 5 is mounted on a holder 3 rotatably supporting the grinding wheel 2 at a position near the workpiece W side with respect to the grinding wheel 2. The positioning member 5 is abutted on the ground part Wb of the work piece W to position the ground part Wb to the grinding wheel 2, and the work piece W is fixed. Then the grinding wheel 2 is abutted on the ground part Wb to grind the same. As the ground part Wb is directly positioned to the grinding wheel 2, the ground part Wb can be accurately positioned to the grinding wheel 2.
