Abstract:
Provided is an inexpensive milling treatment system that can provide a high reduction ratio with one stage treatment. The milling treatment system (100) refines solid particles in a slurry by using an agitated media mill. In addition, the milling treatment system comprises: the agitated media mill (10) that has a cylindrical resin milling vessel (20); a treated material holding tank (60) that is connected to the mill via a circulation line having a circulation pump (81); and a cooler (70) that is for cooling the treated material and that is connected to the holding tank via a refrigerant line having a pump (82). Moreover, the mill has, mounted to a tubular rotary shaft provided by being inserted into one end wall of the milling vessel, an agitating member to agitate the material being treated and the media and a separator to separate the solid particles and the media. The outer circumferential speed of the agitating member can be set to exceed 20 m/s.
