Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grinding tool capable of maintaining smooth advance-retreat motion along the radial direction of a processing object hole of a sliding member for holding a grindstone, without complicating a constitution.SOLUTION: In this grinding tool 1, DLC coating is applied to a sliding surface between a sliding member 12 and an inner wall surface (a support surface) of a slit, in detail, to side surfaces 12a and 12b of the sliding member 12. Thus, slidability between the side surfaces 12a and 12b of the sliding member 12 and the inner wall surface of the slit is improved, and since the DLC coating is excellent even in water repellency, the residue of grinding refuse can be restrained, in its turn, smooth advance-retreat motion along the radial direction of a processing object hole of the sliding member 12, can be maintained without complicating a constitution.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
