Abstract:
PURPOSE: To reduce by half the tool holding force by locating the center of gravity of a grinding tool on a plane which includes the center line of a drive shaft and the center line in the lengthwise direction of a handle and thereafter adjusting the height of the handle to move the center of gravity of the tool and move the tool frontwardly and backwardly by a component force of the weight thereof.
