PURPOSE: To dispose of garbage simply with a small device by combining a sandwich-type grinding processing method using a rotating blade of a rotating shaft core, a rotating disc and a fixed disc, which operate cooperatively, and a method to remove stench generated by aerophilic fermentation bacteria from ground garbage.

CONSTITUTION: Garbage charged from an arrow direction A is first roughly milled by impact action of the rotating blade 12 of a rotating shaft core, and then is moved to a circumferential direction by centrifugal force. In addition, the garbage is ground by a protrusion part which maintains a specified clearance between the upper and lower surfaces of a fixed disc 9 and a rotating disc 10, and a grooved part, both of which move against each other. Consequently, the garbage becomes fluid containing very fine particles and flows out to an external mass reservoir 22 passing through a drainage pipe 17. Thus, the fluid after grinding which flows out of a sink 21 is separated into water and sedimen tary sludge. This sedimentary sludge is decomposed and purified by aerophilic fermentation bacteria 23 which are charged every 10W20 days.
