Superabrasive grains 4 are dispersed and disposed in a resin coupled phase 3. Simultaneously, a solid lubricant CaF25 is dispersed and disposed as a filler in the resin coupled phase 3. Further, fibrous hollow graphite 6 is dispersed and disposed in the range of 3 to 15 vol.% as a filler. When the fibrous hollow graphite 6 is within 3 vol.%, the effect of increasing strength, shock resistance, elasticity and sliding ability is weak, and when it exceeds 15 vol.%, wear resistance becomes too high, resulting in the high strength of the resin coupled phase 3, and self kniving operation is reduced.
