PURPOSE: To provide a grinding wheel forming die which can save time for a work of taking out a grinding wheel from a grinding wheel forming die and can be easily arranged and managed.

CONSTITUTION: A grinding wheel forming die 1 is formed by a sheet-like synthetic resin material 3 formed in such a manner that grinding wheel forming die parts 2 are arrayed longitudinally and laterally. The grinding wheel forming die part 2 includes a recessed part 7, the upper side of which is opened, and a recessed stepped part 8 provided near the upper opening of the recessed part 7. Tapered side surfaces 7c,7d,7e expanded toward the upper opening are formed on the peripheral surface of the recessed part 7. An abrasive material is poured into the grinding wheel forming die parts 2, with frames installed in the recessed stepped parts 8, so that a grinding wheel formed by the grinding wheel forming parts 2 comprises a grinding wheel main body and a frame installed thereon.
