To provide a grinding working device efficient and superior in grinding performance while preventing the fall of a belt during grinding work for the end face of the belt, and to provide its system.
Segment brushes 4, 4 are mounted on end faces of two rotors 31, 32 over peripheral directions, and both the rotors 31, 32 are rotated in the same direction. One end face of the belt b bridged between a driving roller 21 and a driven roller 22 is opposed to front ends of the segment brushes 4, 4. The segment brushes 4 of the two rotors are injected into proper positions on one end face to prevent the fall of the belt. The grinding working device 1 comprises a grinder 3 composed of the rotors 31, 32, and a holder 2 composed of the rollers 21, 22 and a casing 23 for rotatably journaling them. The plurality of grinding working devices 1 are arranged at equal spaces to form the grinding working system 10.
