Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grindstone wheel capable of grinding a blade side surface of at least both and an edge angle part of both.SOLUTION: A grindstone wheel 3 grinds a gear cutting tool 2 having a front clearance angle α and a torsion angle β. The grindstone wheel 3 comprises a first grindstone side part 3b for grinding a first blade side surface 21a in a first blade 21 of the gear cutting tool 2, a first grindstone original angle part 3e for grinding a first edge angle part 21c in the first blade 21, a second grindstone side part 3f for grinding a second blade side surface 22a in a second blade 22 and a second grindstone original angle part 3i for grinding a second edge angle part 22c in the second blade 22. The first grindstone original angle part 3e and the second grindstone original angle part 3i are formed in a different radial directional position from the central axis X3 of the grindstone wheel 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
