Abstract:
To greatly improve mechanical strength and heat resistance (heat resistance strength) of a grindstone by making the best use of particle dispersion strength.
An intermetallic compound is dispersed in the interior of a matrix 40 as dispersion particles. This intermetallic compound 39 (CO3 Ti) is caused by a Co metallic powder and a Ti metallic powder in a grindstone powder material and refined based on such production at the time of sintering when a grindstone 12 is formed as a sintering body.
